Summary: There a lot of very good points about this holiday home - the proximity to the beach and town were excellent, the pool and outside seating areas where also very good and appreciated by everyone. The property itself was nice and clean with 5 double rooms. The layout of the house was quirky and we found the lounge/kitchen quite cramped while all together. It was a real shame that the garden was so overrun and uncared for with a dirty BBQ, long grass, dog mess, and areas that appeared to be used to dump broken equipment.Other things to be aware of - Security Deposit of 2000 / Check in at 5pm / checkout am 10am. Keys had to be collected from another property in town.
