♨ - We do our best to keep propane tanks full. But there is a chance that the propane tank for a barbecue or fire pit might be empty. If this is the case, we kindly ask the guests to go to a nearby gas station to swap out the tanks and then we will refund them the cost of the purchase
☢ - We do our best to keep AC units and/or pools and/or spas/jacuzzis in top-notch condition and very clean. However, sometimes issues arise. Hosts will do our best to address an issue with AC, pool, and/or spa in a timely manner but will not be responsible for refunding guests if these issues arise. For electric jacuzzi: if it doesn't work during your stay - the host is not held liable for it
