Feel free to ask us any questions especially recommendations for activities, restaurants, bars, and daytime/evening activities. We pride ourselves in making sure our guests enjoy America’s Finest City to its fullest extent possible
⮕ - Early Check-in and Late checkout are sometimes possible with an additional fee, please check us in advance to see if we canaccommodate you
⮕ - This property is located downtown where pedestrians and the homeless might be nearby. We do our best to secure the property with a sliding meshed fence. Refunds are not given due to homeless nearby
彡 - Please note that scuffs, scratches, and stains may exist on the property that were not photographed. We repaint and replace items often but not between every guest
✶ - Sometimes outdoor games and umbrellas are moved or removed from the property to make more space for parking. Refunds will not be given if the exterior photos do not exactly match the photos. The deck and jacuzzi will always be there
⮕ - Flexible check-in allows our guests to arrive as early as 11:30 AM when we do not have another guest departing the same day. When another guest is departing the same day, bag drop-off is fine but the maid will need time to clean before check-in
♨ - We do our best to keep propane tanks full. But there is a chance that the propane tank for a barbecue or fire pit might be empty. If this is the case, we kindly ask the guests to go to a nearby gas station to swap out the tanks and then we will refund them the cost of the purchase
☢ - We do our best to keep AC units and/or pools and/or spas/jacuzzis in top-notch condition and very clean. However, sometimes issues arise. Hosts will do our best to address an issue with AC, pool, and/or spa in a timely manner but will not be responsible for refunding guests if these issues arise. For electric jacuzzi: if it doesn't work during your stay - the host is not held liable for it
ᶻ𝗓𐰁 - We try to keep our bed count and other amenities as accurate as possible but sometimes the amenities or smaller beds, like the Ottoman pull-out sleepers, get moved from one property to another. If you arrive at a property and an amenity or bed is missing, please let us know right away and we will bring over whatever is needed
