This is one of Palm Springs' premier properties, located in one of the best neighborhoods. Architectural Digest mets National Geographic, as walls of modern glass and a large mod-shaped pool blend right into the famous San Jacinto Mountainside. A fresh desert morning at the Mirada Estate feels a world away, and yet it's just right on the edge of downtown.
The Picture Perfect Living Room features High Ceilings and disappearing walls of sliding glass doors that enable the most desirable Indoor-Outdoor Palm Springs Living experience.
The Chef's Kitchen has gorgeous quartz counters, 2 massive islands, 2 dishwashers, warming oven, new cabinets, high-end Thermador appliances, Nespresso and much more. Bring your own food and beverage; Everything Else is provided to allow you to easily create and stylishly serve both casual and elegant meals. Your Grill Chef will appreciate the full-featured Professional Natural Gas Grill adjacent to the kitchen and outdoor dining area.
The Kitchen and Dining Rooms are adjacent to both a work area and a beautiful bar furnished with dual wine and beverage fridges, ice maker, and ample barware. Enjoy your cereal at the eat-in kitchen table, spin around on a leather bar stool at the counter, or sink your toes into the mod shag rug as you curl up in the intimate fireplace lounge.
With good separation from each other, each designer bedroom is furnished with Luxury King Beds, seating areas, a large TV, ample closets and blackout shades for the best nights sleep and a gentle morning start.
The Lavish Master Bedroom Suite has a Spa Bathroom with Outdoor Shower, Indoor Soaking Tub and Spacious Indoor Shower. Completing the main master suite is a furnished dressing room and desk/work area. There are two additional full bathrooms and a half/powder bath.
