Modern and upscale 4 bedroom, 3 bath paired home located in Summit Sky Ranch! Enjoy this unique mountain home with rocky mountain views. This beautifully decorated multi-level home offers four bedrooms, three and 1/2 baths, a heated two car garage equipped with ample storage for your gear and a downstairs rec room. This new construction home sleeps 10 people comfortably. Access to the private Summit Sky Ranch clubhouse with heated outdoor pool, hot tubs, indoor self serve bar and game room, yoga and fitness center.
The main level includes stunning views out of every window. There is a fully stocked and equipped kitchen with all appliances, extensive counter space, and bar seating for 4 for entertaining. The kitchen is open to the dining area with seating for 10. the spacious living room features a stone fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and views of Ptargmigan mountain and the aspen and pine forests. There is a furnished deck with a gas grill and incredible views of the Gore Mountain Range. The main level of the home has two bedrooms. The primary bedroom is a private sanctuary with King sized bed, large screen TV, private patio, and luxurious primary bathroom complete with spa soaking tub, two person glass shower, double vanity, and walk in closet. Bedroom 2 upstairs has a Queen bed, there is a full bathroom in the hall and a large laundry room. The Lower level has a spacious family room equipped with a mounted smart TV with access to all streaming apps. Bedroom 3 downstairs has a Queen bed, and bedroom 4 has a set of double bunk beds, plus 1 double bed for a total of 3 double beds. There is a full bathroom in the hallway. Downstairs also has an in-home office work space, lots of board games and a large entry storage room for all your outdoor gear. There is a heated 2 car garage with EV charger.

Guests of Summit Sky Ranch have access to a variety of Summit Sky amenities including the private hiking trails, private fishing waters, Aspen House. The Aspen House amenities include an outdoor heated pool, two hot tubs, a fitness center, a wellness room, Ping-Pong table, community gathering area with local tap beer and wine available and an outdoor fire pit. Clubhouse amenities available 10am - 5pm.

Summary: Our second stay in a Summit property. Great location for all the alpine and nordic skiing in the area. Check in smooth, house was clean and well appointed. Management company were super responsive to our minor requests. The clubhouse with gym/hot tubs etc is a great feature of this location. The staff their were very friendly and accommodating.
