A contemporary, stylish home just a stones throw from Falmouth's Swanpool Beach. Inside, there is ample room for 4 people to spread out and enjoy with a large open-plan living and dining room that leads onto the kitchen. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms; the master room is made up of a kingsize bed and the second bedroom has two singles. There is also a family bathroom with walk-in shower as well as a downstairs WC with bohemian floor tiles.
The Space:
The French doors in the living room lead out to a spacious landscaped garden with both decking and grass areas, and on summer days, there is nothing better than to sit outside and enjoy a BBQ. With free parking available for 2 cars, you're in the perfect position to walk to Falmouth's nearby beaches.
The house benefits from being in a peaceful and quiet location, but there is still lots to do within close proximity! Swanpool Beach and Gyllyngvase Beach are within short walking distance, both have watersports hire, including kayacking and SUP.
Falmouth Town Centre has a vast selection of restaurants, pubs, shops and is only a 5 minute drive/bus ride or 15-20 minute walk. Other attractions include the Maritime Museum and stunning Pendennis Castle at the tip of the river mouth.
Further afield is the beautiful National Trust Trelissick Gardens. This house and gardens are a great day out all year round, and have well kept formal gardens as well as miles of country walks around the Fal estuary. For the surfers among you, consistent waves on the North coast can be reached in as little as 40 minutes drive!

The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac within walking distance to Falmouth's Swanpool Beach. There are plenty of local amenities nearby; Hooked on the Rocks is a brilliant restaurant and pub with superb views of the coastline. Within ten minutes, you can also walk over to Gyllyngvase Beach where there is a restaurant and cafe on the beach as well as a park and play area for kids to enjoy. For walkers, there are beautiful coastal paths along the coastline and over to Pendennis Castle. This historical landmark has 360° views of Falmouth harbour and the sea. Central Falmouth is a short 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk away, and has plenty of vibrant cafes, shops, restaurants and pubs.
Getting Around:
Given the remote nature of Cornwall, a car is recommended for getting the most out of your stay here. That said, Falmouth has very good transport links with trains running from London Paddington all the way into the town centre. The house is then a 5-10 minute bus ride or taxi from the station, depending on which station you get off at and method of transport.
