This modern, spacious duplex located in the trendy East Vancouver area is perfect for a large family visiting who wants to be close to all the action. You will adore the walkability to Commercial Drive (Littly Italy) and 2 sky train stations (Clark and Commercial) while being able to jump in an Uber and be downtown in 8 minutes! You can’t beat this location.
This home provides 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a gorgeous kitchen and stocked with all amenities necessary for a great stay.
The entire house is equipped with air conditioning (very hard to find in Vancouver) and radiant floor heating. With the recent hot spells in Vancouver, this is a must!

Living room comfortably seats 7-8 and extra dining chairs can be used to accommodate more. Smart TV in living room with cable and you can login to your favourite streaming platforms. Fireplace in living room.
Family friendly: Games, books, air hockey table always on site. There is also a baby gate option at top of stairs.

Close walk to multiple children’s parks
