Summary: I usually stay in Brooklyn when I go back home to NY but since it was a girls trip we decided to stay in Manhattan. First the first property that I originally purchased on the site was damaged per Muhammed. He then offered me a discount to a smaller property which I agreed to the property, it was small. I had no time to rebook a different property..There was no closet space and only 2 towels for a four night stay..Mohammed was on site several times and I called him when I couldn’t get in the property, he did bring more towels. Mohammed was very nice and was prompt to any response or problem I had. The lower Eastside has come along way. I felt safe only because I’m a native New Yorker if you’re not from NY I can see it being sketchy because the projects are across the street from the property. Overall, it was a good spot for what I paid for.
