With a walk score of 89, this 1/1 condo is an incredible place to call home, whether for a music-filled weekend, tech conference, or Congressional session.
All stainless appliances, washer/dryer, and HUGE balcony are just some of the perks that come with the condo.
First floor of a 2 story walk up. Upon entering the space you will love our fully equipped kitchen and living space. Kenmore appliances, Mr. Coffee maker with Starbucks grinds and a boiler for tea. New Cookware to make a gourmet meal and a beautiful wooden table to serve your guests.
In your cozy living room, entertain a group with ROKU or your option of 30 local channels.
Lots of natural light will ensure a wide-open and relaxing feel when you're sipping your morning latte or nightcap.
Bed is a King Sized Simmon's Beautyrest Recharge bed (same one used in Starwood Hotels). Bedroom also contains a mounted 43 Inch Smart TV. From the bedroom you will have access to our large balcony where you can host many people and you have access to our washer/dryer and cleaning supplies.
Bathroom contains complimentary travel kit, TOWELS and bathing supplies.
The couch is a single pullout and we have an elevated queen sized air mattress and pack n play.

Summary: Communication with Mark was outstanding. He went out of his way to make our stay as stress free as possible (we were in Austin for medical care). The app to lock/unlock the door made entry easy. The neighborhood is safe and quiet with eateries in walking distance. Be aware this apartment is up a flight of stairs. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks, Mark!
