Rules:
1. This is a VERY QUIET neighbourhood and the neighbours have been known to call the police at any hint of night noise. The reservation would have to be canceled and non-refundable. Please no talking in the backyard or front yard after 9pm. Also no loud music in the car around the house.
2. No smoking inside the property. Lingering smoke smell will cost $$$$ to remove, and we’ll have to charge a hefty cleaning fee.
