Summary: This was way beyond our every expectation. We are fairly new retirees and decided we wanted to winter in Florida. We were a little apprehensive about being there for 3 months but after the first 2 or 3 weeks we felt completely at home. And this past winter was the perfect winter to get away. We were familiar with Hutchinson Island area and started there. We couldn't have been more pleased. This condo is absolutely beautiful. Totally updated with all modern appliances and any amenity we could possibly need or want. Just looking out the living room and bedroom doors at the ocean is as close to perfection as possible. The other owners and guests in the condo complex were very friendly, and Ed Kotch was there to help us in any way we needed. Really can't wait to do this again next year. Steve was very attentive to any of our needs, although we really didn't need anything once we got there. It is the perfect getaway for a week a month or any time period.
