Summary: The apartment served its purpose for my three-month stay and was conveniently located close to my office, which was a big plus. That said, a few things to keep in mind for future guests:Brick Lane is a lively, bustling area, which is great if you're after a vibrant atmosphere, but it can get quite noisy, especially at night, and may feel a little sketchy after dark.When I first arrived, the smell of weed from the downstairs neighbour was very noticeable and often drifted into the apartment. I found this frustrating and ended up buying a candle to help with the smell.The apartment was missing a few basic essentials for a longer stay, like proper cooking knives, and the clothes horse was completely broken when I did my first load of laundry. However, the hosts were very responsive and replaced both items promptly, which I really appreciated.Also worth noting: the fire alarm is extremely loud if it goes off during the night, just something to be aware of!Overall, it was a functional and convenient place to stay, with plenty of room to store clothes and luggage.
