Have peace and quiet in this new community. 2 min to the beautiful public beach. Enjoy the waterpark in the summer, sailing at the beach side, and the indoor Go Kart track all year round. Only 10 minutes is the beautiful lift bridge where you can watch the bridge lifting to let the large boats and ships pass. This unit is perfect for a business trip, short stay or a small vacation with easy access to Niagara, Hamilton, Burlington, and Toronto.

We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your ID in your hands as an antifraud measure. Please note that you need to be 25 or over in order to check in. For reservations with 7 nights or more it is possible to check-in from the age of 18.
Guests whose names or ID do not match the information provided ARE NOT allowed into the building. The refund won't be provided.
***Deposit***
All guests are required to leave a refundable deposit of $500.
If at any case smoking inside occurs, there is damage to the unit or other house rules are violated, this deposit will not be refunded.

Guests are responsible for removal all their garbage from premises upon check-out and disposing of it at appropriate waste facility. Any garbage left on the property will result in $15 CAD charge per bag.
