Sleep well on Helix mattresses and blackout curtains. WFH friendly with one workspace, LG monitor, and high speed internet. Unbeatable location - walking distance to Old Town and a 5 minute drive to CSU.
LIVING + DINING: Open floor plan on the first floor of the home. Fully equipped kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances, every cooking utensil and spice you might need, drip coffee maker, coffee grinder, electric kettle, microwave, dishes and flatware. Dining table with seating for 6.
BEDROOMS: Two bedrooms on the second floor. The main bedroom has a king size Helix mattress, down comforter, and blackout curtains for a cozy night sleep. En suite bathroom has a shower and dual sinks. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size Helix mattress, down comforter, and blackout curtains. En suite bathroom has a shower/bath. Third bedroom on the third floor loft with a full size Ikea Friheten sleeper sofa mattress, plush mattress topper, down comforter, and a full bathroom with a shower. Bathrooms are stocked with linens/towels, toiletries, hairdryers, iron, and clothing steamer.
OUTDOOR SPACES: Lower level patio with dining seating for 4, gravity chair recliner, and a natural gas BBQ grill. Third floor patio that overlooks the Foothills with a sectional sofa, arm chairs, an electric fire place, and a cantilever umbrella.
OTHER AMENITIES: washer/dryer, keyless entry, central heating and air conditioning.
PARKING: Dedicated space directly behind the house and free street parking in front of the house.
NEIGHBORHOOD: Quiet neighborhood right next to Old Town. Hop on the neighborhood's Spin bikes or scooters or enjoy a nice walk along the Poudre River trail to get downtown. Five minutes drive to CSU.

Summary: We had a great stay at this property. It had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The only drawback was I wish there was a tv in both bedrooms.
