Positive: Pool area fantastic with new liner in pool. Location great. Maintenence crew very professional and responsive when problems pointed out to them. No problems with workers only with vacasa customer service.
Negative: Hottub cover mildewed and moldy. No working barbeque for 3 days. Deck in deplorable shape railing unsafe. Rain drainage ceiling clasped. Lots of TLC needed. Crack in shower floor 1st fl. Etc....vacasa customer service unavailabe for two days from check in till monday with representative being rude after finally answering a local phone number and even hanging up when asked for her name. Vacasa totally failed as property rental and custodial agent.
