Winning 12 awards for water cleanliness winning a blue flag with its sandy beach that stretches for 7 miles with bars and restaurants only minutes away and serves a lovely English breakfast at the bottom of the steps right on the promenade.
The property is situated at Durley Chine which is away from the main road in a quiet retreat facing the sea, with its own private car park space for one.
A stunning red brick Victorian building was built around 1860.
It has been fully refurbished to a high standard mixed with a traditional and contemporary feel.
A beautiful panoramic view of the park and sea stretches out across a 15-foot-high glass wall of windows through the conservatory.
The Master bedroom also has the same beautiful panoramic view of the park and the sea.
There are 2 flat screen Smart TV’s. One in the lounge and one in the master bedroom.
Go through a door from the conservatory which leads to the master bedroom also with views of the park and sea. Hear the sound of the waves and see the sunrise from your bed.
The Victorians planted the pine trees around the park with its mature pine trees give it a real French Riviera feel. There are many different pathways leading to the beach, all only minutes away so never a dull moment.
This apartment is situated in a prime location including the Air Show which starts from the 31st of August until the 3rd of September you have a prime place to see the Red Arrows display fly right over your conservatory. The perfect place to view.
Don't forget the free Christmas Winter Wonderland running from the 18th of November until the 2nd Jan.
Now in its fifth year, it promises to delight the whole family with free fireworks displays over the pier and dazzling lights, an ice-stating rink, and many different attractions.
You will enjoy a relaxing stay and leave the quietness of the park and fancy something more lively then walk 8 minutes to the pier and town centre where you will find the Lower Gardens with plenty of bars and restaurants where you can enjoy the bustling atmosphere.
Walk or drive the opposite way towards Sandbanks which takes you past coffee shops, bars ice cream parlours, and restaurants. A 10-minute drive through avenues of pine trees will take you to Sandbanks. From here you can take the car ferry which is a few minutes crossing to Studland.
