The community of Tarpon Cove is three miles to Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park Beach. Also, a short distance to Barefoot Beach and Bonita Springs Beach. Gated community with clubhouse, three pools. Walking and biking trails are close by. Enjoy the beautiful lake view from our corner condo while relaxing on the balcony.
Updated with all new kitchen appliances, new king size bed and newly furnished living room/dining-room . Open, spacious, and bright this 1500 square foot will captivate you with three bedrooms plus 2 bathrooms, open living space, high ceilings, and a kitchen completely equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine, pots and pans and utensils, Wi-Fi internet and cable TV.
It features three TVs (in the living and two bedrooms), with over 100 channels for your entertainment. For most guests, high-speed internet is of the utmost importance; accordingly, we offer you a dedicated connection.
Primary Bedroom with King bed and from which you have fantastic lake views. The Primary bedroom has a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and two washbasins. The second and third bedrooms have Queen-size beds. A Utility room with washer and dryer for you use.
The property includes all kitchen new appliances, utilities, pots & pans, dishes, glasses and cutlery, kitchen paper, dishwasher soap, etc. Among the electronics, you will find a toaster, coffee maker, blender, iron (and iron board), and vacuum cleaner.
We also include beach towels, beach chairs, 2 bikes and umbrella.
