Summary: Check in: things are harder when youre exhausted! When i called for a question the remote person didnt have a clue. I subsequently used contactless reception at my next hotel and they did it much better! They could easily simplify the process and take away the stress. Its not like this hasnt been mentioned in previous reviews. Accommodation. Its small and theyve done a great job of making the best of the space. It waa everything we needed. Laundry was great. Shower and toiletries great. Location fantastic!! Very clean. Absolutely would recommend, just let themselves down with the check in.
