Casa Vacanza Minerva is a beautiful villa of about 110 square meters divided equally on two levels. It is located in the center of Sperlonga in the sea area at Via Delle Vite n. 88. The area is particularly convenient and functional to enjoy the best of Sperlonga given the proximity of only 10 meters from the beach and the beach included in the price. The villa is very cool and well exposed and has a beautiful private garden that surrounds it. The proximity to the beach is an essential feature and loved by all our guests. Entering the house you have the pleasant feeling of open space, being immediately, after a comfortable disengagement, in the large living room furnished with a table, a double sofa bed and functional TV cabinet. The living room is beautiful, functional and comfortable for good evenings in the company of a good movie. A large terrace at the level has a view of the private garden and is unsurpassed for pleasant summer chats. The kitchen is adjacent and the dimensions are discreet and respectable with furniture and accessories in order, equipped with oven, dishwasher and fridge and much more. It is equipped with everything you need such as pots, dishes, plates, glasses, glasses, oven, fridge with freezer, etc. Next to the kitchen there is a functional bathroom complete with shower. A second equally large bathroom with shower cabin is on the 1st floor and also includes the washing machine. For the night we have spaces and rooms in abundance. The first bedroom with single bed is on the living room floor and is complete with wardrobe and chest of drawers. Going up one floor we reach the night area of the villa where we find two bedrooms with double beds and a bedroom with 2 single beds. Useful cabinets and useful mirrors are present at will. The windows with balcony have sea view and have a view that in the morning immediately put you in a good mood. The garden has a second pedestrian exit towards the beach, which is particularly convenient for going to the beach.
We are in Via Delle Vite n. 88 (gps coordinates 41 ° 15'42. 7 "N 13 ° 25'36. 1" E) along the most comfortable and important road of Sperlonga to reach the beach and a few steps from the sea and the center. The location of the house is fantastic and at about 10 meters we find the beach and at 200 meters we cross the promenade with restaurants, bars, boutiques, and every kind of welcome service. A few steps away there are also the beach establishment Lido Ponente included in the price, the supermarket, the pharmacy, the town market on Saturday. And then a thousand other places of entertainment such as the children's playground, seaside bars, restaurants, pizzerias and much more. The centrality of the house makes it particularly functional even for evening outings to the historic center and to the more modern sea area. The rooms are large enough to fit a cot.
Casa Vacanza Minerva is recently renovated and everything is tidy and welcoming, from the installations, to the TV, to the furniture. The rooms of the house are equipped with air conditioning useful for the hottest days of the summer. Up to two cars can be parked in the garden enclosed by an electric gate. Also this Holiday House, like all our houses, has a bathing establishment included in the price.
On the lower floor of the villa there is a loft furnished and occupied by another family that also uses parking for one parking space.

Extra charges
The price includes final cleaning and general consumption as well as bed and bath linen. For periods longer than a week, at our care and expense, in agreement with the client and weekly, all the linen is changed. Cleaning is included only the final one.
Beach service is included at the Lido Ponente beach establishment which is the best Sperlonga offers for families. Here you will be available for free n. 1 umbrella + 2 sunbeds. The plant is central in the village and is in Via Delle Vite, practically attached to the house. The beach service is active from around April to October.

Sperlonga City Tax
I remind the kind guests that, throughout Sperlonga, the Tourist Tax came into force, fully paid to the Municipality of Sperlonga to improve the reception of tourists. This amount is € 1 per person per day (children under 14 are exempt) and must be paid in cash upon check-in.

House Rules
The check-in time is set for 15:00 but can be flexible and if the house is free from the night before your arrival, you can easily enter by 12:00. Check-out is scheduled for 10:00.
Our house is very accurate and we would like our guests to love it in the same way. The prayer is not to make annoying noises in the full respect of the near people and not to smoke in the house.
If the guest causes damage, this must be reported immediately to the person in charge of the house. The guest is responsible for any damage caused. No security deposit will be required but credit card information (no prepaid) will be requested. Damage caused will be charged even if found after check-out.
Our four-legged furry friends are welcome only if authorized. An extra contribution of € 20 per night will be requested up to a maximum of € 100 depending on the relative extra cleaning.
A tour around
Sperlonga is one of the most characteristic villages of the entire province and offers a lot to its guests. The town owes its picturesque structure to the need to oppose a defensive system against pirates that raged over the sea. Beyond a clear and clean sea that has been awarded for years with the Blù flag symbol and a beach with fine sand which both children and adults are enthusiastic about, there is the historic center characterized by narrow medieval streets with artisan shops and small shops of all kinds . The Piazzetta in the historic center is an evening gathering for a pleasant walk or a good glass with friends. A few steps further down we find the wonderful Belvedere promenade. Attention you could fall in love even more. Not far away, at about 1 km we find the National Archaeological Museum of the Grotta di Tiberio where important marble remains recovered in the adjacent Tiberius Antro discovered in the 60s are on display. Emperor Tiberius loved to spend his holidays divided between the residences of Capri and Sperlonga. Torre Truglia is also beautiful, overlooking the sea and overlooking the port of Sperlonga. It is important to remember that everything can be reached on foot or by bike via a modern bike path. How to reach the house
For those arriving by car, one must enter Sperlonga on the side towards Terracina. The road will flow into the Corso Cristoforo Colombo and subsequently you will need to turn right into Via Delle Vite. 50 meters further and you will arrive in front of the house gate. You can choose to enter Sperlonga also from the direction of Gaeta but you will have to cross the whole country going down towards Sperlonga sea and finding yourself directly on Via Cristoforo Colombo. At the end of the promenade you will find Via Delle Vite on the left. For those arriving by train the most functional station is Fondi / Sperlonga. The station is served in a capillary way by taxi and bus to our country. For those arriving by plane there are no tips to give as everyone is at comfortable distances from Sperlonga.
