Summary: Good location near subway and walking distance to Namba area. Staff was super helpful and attentive and overall the hotel room was very spacious and a great place to stay with kids. We had some issues with the hot water (it seemed to be somewhat intermittent and we had to take some cold showers) and one of the bidets was not working. Also, the beds were super hard. Overall was a good place to stay.
