This home also features a fully fenced in backyard for those furry travel companions! Located right in the heart of Mid-town! Minutes from Downtown, Westport, 39th St. and the Country Club Plaza.

The Boulevard is located close to many of Kansas City’s most historic sites. The property is just minutes away from The Country Club Plaza which offers shopping and upscale dining. The Nelson Atkins Art Museum for history buffs and those who savor art! Looking for night life? Westport is where it's at with breweries, bars and restaurants. The Brookside district offers quaint shops, bakeries and the Kansas City famous "The Roasterie" coffee shop. In Waldo you can have an authentic Greek experience at Tasso's or enjoy pizza at Waldo's Pizza! Also located near UMKC, Rockhurst, Downtown.! The property is also 15-20 minutes from The Royals and Chiefs Stadiums and 20 minutes to Kansas City’s International Airport.
Home has private driveway to the right of the home, can accommodate 3 vehicles or off-street parking is available on a first come first serve basis. Just a few min Uber ride to Westport and Plaza.
Welcome to the Mid-town Boulevard! All the historic charm you could ask for along with one of KC's best locations. Walk through the front door into the beautiful foyer area equipped with a small table for setting your items down and seating to slip off those shoes so you can relax!
Right off the foyer is the lovely living room! This space features a large Smart TV for all your streaming needs. One large sofa and two chairs to sprawl out or entertain. We made sure that this space is super comfortable and cozy for everyone in your group!
The dining room area features a coffee bar with a Keurig coffee machine, drip coffee machine, french press and pour over! A variety of K-cups, cream and sugar are provided. A table that seats up to 8 so you can enjoy a meal together or play games while catching up!
The kitchen is absolutely gorgeous! All appliances are included and are stainless steel. Basic cookware, dining ware and tons of counter space to prep and cook a meals while staying in or enjoy take out. The kitchen also features a large island with additional seating for three.
In addition to the kitchen, living room and dining room, the main floor also features a half bath off the kitchen/dining room area.
The solid oak staircase leads up to the second floor of the home which has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The first bedroom features a comfortable King size bed and an on suite full size bathroom. The second bedroom is equipped with two comfy queen size beds and the third bedroom is also equipped with a queen size bed. There is an additional large bathroom in the hallway easily accessible to all guests on the second floor. All rooms have closet space with hangers to store your items.
The Boulevard offers two full size bathrooms both with bathtubs. Each bathroom is stocked with hand soap and luxury shower products which include Tommy Bahama shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion. Each guest is provided with one large bath towel and one wash cloth per guest. Hand towels and make-up towels are also provided for convenience.
Parking is included via a private driveway that will fit two large vehicles or three smaller vehicles. Free street parking in front of the home is also available.

There is a $75 fee per pet per stay or $100 for two pets, this fee is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. Contact us for questions. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet, host provides dog bag stations.) This home has a fully fenced in backyard. There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.
