Summary: First of all the elevator was not working!! Was not made aware of that until after check in. We were there for 4 days & never had our room serviced at all. No clean towels or restock of bathroom supplies or coffee supplies. Most unfriendly staff I have ever dealt with. Will never stay at this hotel again!! Only good thing about it was the cafe inside the hotel. It was very good & extremely nice staff!!
