Designed by William Krisel and built by the Alexander Construction Company in 1959, this mid-century home in the exclusive Vista Las Palmas neighborhood of Palm Springs is spacious, sophisticated, and full of desert beauty. The property includes a modern pool and ample living space, yet it thoughtfully maintains the original spirit of the design. Step inside to find vaulted exposed beam ceilings, abundant natural light streaming through the large windows and sliding glass doors, and a streamlined kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. The outdoor setting is magnificent, with close-up views of the San Jacinto Mountains, a pool with a large tanning shelf, a separate hot tub in a verdant garden nook, and a dining veranda where you can share alfresco meals each evening.
At night, three bedrooms are in the main house, including a main suite with a door leading out to the hot tub. A detached bungalow awaits in the garden, offering a separate entrance, a bed, a full bathroom, and a setup ideal for those seeking more privacy.
This elegant home sits at the base of the San Jacinto Mountains in the exclusive Vista Las Palmas neighborhood of Palm Springs. You'll be less than a mile from Palm Canyon Drive and its countless restaurants, boutiques, art galleries, mid-century antique shops, theaters, and various forms of nightlife. Take a tour of the Palm Springs Art Museum, hit a nearby hiking trail to scale the slopes of Mt. San Jacinto, or bring your clubs along and take your pick from more than 100 world-class golf courses in the immediate area.

This home is not recommended for children due to the many fragile furnishings.
Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights, with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
