Summary: Rather tired property. Understaffed. On checking at 3pm there seems to be only one member of staff covering reception and the bar. We asked for some tea with cake or biscuits, and we were told we could only have tea because afternoon tea had to be booked 24hrs in advance. We were hoping to have atleast biscuits or cake but there were none. We were told that the chef leaves at 3pm. The hotel is isolated and there is no where nearer to get anything. We were group of 8 stayed at the hotel and were disappointed. No water bottle in the room either. Hotel is expensive for what you get.
