Positive: The location was incredible, the staff were honeslty so kind and helpful and the rooms were perfect. We had a twin room with one of the comfiest hotel beds I've had. Unfortunately during our stay the elevator had broken during the day, but the staff went above and beyond to ensure our group was looked after as we had peipke with reduced mobilities. They ensured we were on a lower floor, took our luggage up for us and also brought it down when we left. They stored our luggage and arranged a taxi for us when we requested. Above all though, every staff member we encountered was kind and generous with their time. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
