Positive: A comfortable, attractive hotel with attentive, positive staff. Breakfast was great. Tasty and good variety
Negative: Nothing but be aware that tropical conditions are hard on buildings so there is some wear in places. Nothing that impacted the enjoyment of my stay. Also note 5hat Makassar is a busy, noisy city. The Mercure can't avoid that!
