Positive: Check in and Staff friendly
Negative: Breakfast dining area seemed understaffed, tables not cleaned as people left and new ones to sit down, plus coffee machine was not working. Room was very tiny and bathroom even more so. My husband is 6ft 3 and the leg room for the toilet was insufficient even for me. Both of us needed to sit to one side of it when using. Lift was not working either and we were on the 2nd level. I am awaiting a knee replacement, so the stairs were painful when needing to use too often.
