The health and safety of our guests are a priority. In light of the Covid-19 outbreak, we would like to share with you the enhanced cleaning and precautionary measures that we have instituted at our villa.
Through our feral cleaning process, common surfaces such as tables, light switches, entertainment screens, TV, and Aircon remotes are cleaned with disinfectant spray and wipes. The change of all pillow covers, bedsheets, and blankets after checkout is already our standard. The Air Condition systems are being disinfected on a weekly basis as well after guests check out. Free Hand Wash Spender and Instant Hand Sanitizer are placed in all bathrooms and kitchen.
If you are worried about staying in a large hotel with a lot of guests, a private villa is the best alternative. To be clear we are not jumping on these scare tactics and hysteria going around. We believe in a smart way of prevention and how an individual can protect themselves.
Welcome to villa Mercedes, a charming villa located in a calm residential area by the outskirts of Calpe. Less than 5 Min. drive separate us from the center of this beautiful coastal town. Enjoy its two large main sand beaches together with various coves where a large variety of restaurants, bars, and shops can be found both in the city center and right by the coastline. Enjoy the full Mediterranean holiday experience with the different water activities offered like scuba diving tours, kayak, and pedal boat rentals as jet-ski trips.
By the drive, villa Mercedes offers parking for 3 cars, which leads us to the various sun terraces, finding a private swimming pool by the main area, surrounded by sunbeds, outdoor dining with BBQ, and a conservatory for the cooler months.
Villa Mercedes is a two-story holiday home connected through external stairs. The entire lower area is on one level without steps, this makes this villa quite adapted for disabled people.
From the terrace, we access the conservatory which leads us into a living/dining room together with a charming fireplace an Sat+TV+DVD and 2 A/C units, followed by a fully equipped fitted kitchen. Furthermore, we find 2 twin bedrooms and 1 double bedroom, all the bedrooms with their own En-Suite bathroom. External stairs lead up to the upper floor where a twin bedroom with A/C and full bathroom together with a cozy living area welcomes us.
