Our renovated beach home is located 1-mile from beautiful Red River Beach. You'll find yourself vacationing in a 5-bedroom, 2-bath home, large enough to accommodate 2 families comfortably. The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, and includes an open floor plan, a spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances, two bathrooms, carpet and refinished hardwood floors. In addition, a large gorgeous deck with an awning, an outdoor shower, and large back yard for your family cookouts. Enjoy flat-screen TVs in the living room, basement and two bedrooms to watch the Sox games, wireless internet, a/c, games, ping pong, pool table, and many other amenities. The Cape Cod Bike Trail is located just at the end of the cul-de-sac for rides and hikes, and the Harwich park (playground, basketball, tennis), Harwich Mariners baseball team, golf and quaint downtown are all close. Many great beaches and restaurants, and our home is close to the Chatham line.

Outdoor Activities (biking/hiking/Town of Harwich/park/Cape League Baseball/Golf):
o The Mello Yello Beach House is located right next to the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Simply go to the end of the cul-de-sac and you’ll see the trail.
o We have bikes and helmets in the shed in the back yard.
o Just a few hundred yards down the bike path (to the left) is Thompson”s hiking reservation.
o The quaint town of Harwich is just a short walk on the bike path.
o Also down the same path is a beautiful Harwich park, with tennis and basketball courts.

o 42 inch flat screen TV in living room with a DVD player, cable
o 1 42 inch flat screen TV in the basement and 2 other 32 inch flat screens – 1 in the master bedroom, and the other in the green bedroom on the first floor
o Bose sound system for your IPOD.

o Smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detector
o 12 sets of towels
o Bar soap, hand pump soap for both bathrooms and kitchen
o Linen cabinet with extra linens, hair dryer, flat iron
