The location of the house is ideal for exploring everything San Diego and its surroundings have to offer, while still staying in a peaceful and secure setting. The house is 15-20 minutes from San Diego Zoo, SeaWorld, Air and Space Museum, Coronado beach, Point Loma, village of La Jolla, Mexico Border and the airport. Outdoors, the gazebo with its built-in BBQ and a large sitting area presents an exceptional Al Fresco dining experience with its 360 degree view of the mountains, valleys, ocean and the surrounding landscape - all the way to the Coronado bridge and Pt. Loma. The private Jacuzzi in the rear, accessible from the living room and the master bedroom will melt your stress away.

The family room with and two large swivel cuddlers look into the ocean and surrounding landscape through its A-frame floor to ceiling windows. A large sun-room off the kitchen and dining gives additional dining space as well as an opportunity take in the view on the cooler evenings. A circular stairway from the living room bar leads you to a game room equipped with a pool table and a foosball table and provides yet another place to socialize with friends and family while letting the outside in.

STRICT RULES
1. Occupants exceeding the number declared on the reservation will NOT BE PERMITTED TO STAY PAST 10PM.
Children and infants are considered occupants.
2. No more than 3 guests above the stated number of occupants in your reservation are allowed on premises at any time.
3. Guests are not allowed to use outdoor areas after 10pm.
4. Only small speakers playing at low volume are allowed outside. Noise complaints constitute a violation.
5. There is no smoking of any kind (tobacco, marijuana, hookah) on the property. The fine is $500.
OTHER RULES
6. Remove excess trash and wash dishes before checkout. You will be fined for excessive trash or dishes. (No confetti)
7. Empty the grease pan under BBQ after use; it is a fire hazard not to do so.
8. Furniture must be moved back before departure.
9. Lock all doors and windows before leaving the home.
10. Pets are not allowed without written authorization.
