Set on three acres of magical sacred land, this estate provides roughly 4,000 square feet of relaxed, Malibu boho-chic living space. The real crown jewel is the resort-style outdoor entertaining paradise surrounded by lush landscapes and breathtaking views. There is an outdoor pool with an attached pool spa, an infinity Zen yoga deck with mats and blocks for morning practice, Mediterranean patios with Positano Italian benches plus several outdoor dining areas (over three dozen exterior dining chairs are provided for large groups), a large deck with twinkling string lights and a Ping-Pong table, two grilling areas, and an extensive lawn with a hammock.
Sprawling in size and striking in design, the property features four bedrooms, three custom bathrooms with heated Toto bidets, three wood-burning fireplaces, a gourmet stainless kitchen (including an espresso machine, Viking double oven, food warmer, and Sub Zero fridge), a conversation pit, a home office (with desks, monitors, printer and high-speed WiFi), indoor/outdoor living and dining rooms, plus two balconies. All four bedrooms have been decorated and furnished in a unique way so everyone can have a good night's sleep. The spacious primary bedroom has vaulted ceilings, a huge smart TV, a seating area, a mini-fridge, a fireplace, an en suite bathroom with a gorgeous shower with a dual showerhead system and great views, and an extensive balcony overlooking the backyard with impeccable mountain views.
