Summary: We had a premier 1 bed unit and overall the property was very comfortable. Good quality fittings, spacious and a large covered balcony but there are three points to be aware of: 1. The description implies there is a full kitchen - there isn't. There's a fancy combined oven/microwave but no hob and no cooking equipment so preparing any kind of hot food is a "challenge". There are many reasonably priced restaurants in Alicante but nevertheless... 2. The property is on Gran Via which as the name suggests is a busy main road so there is constant traffic noise. Not a big deal but noticeable when using the balcony 3. It's about a 45min walk down from the property to the sea front but there is a bus stop right outside with a bus every 15/20 min and while we were there 10 trips were costing €5.25 so virtually nothing. 4. There are various supermarkets within a 10min walk but otherwise nothing of interest to tourists in the general area. Having made these observations we enjoyed the stay and woud be happy to use the property again should we return to Alicante.
