Negative: I made a mistake with the booking and booked a week earlier by mistake. The property contacted me and pointed it out and I applied to change the booking. I was told that I would have half the fee refunded, which I accepted. When I checked into the property, I was advised that the full fee was charged. I was offered a 25% discount off my revised booking, but I thought it was poor form not to have followed through on what was promised.
