With a direct view of the Gatineau Park through every window, my Moroccan-inspired Condo is the definition of a city-found gem where you have the peacefulness of mother nature paired with practicality of being a 6 minutes drive to Ottawa. Enjoy trails within 361 square kms of ecosystems. Enjoy local amenities such as a local bakery while staying at my carefully-crafted welcoming and cozy Moroccan space.
My space is clean and airy with a Moroccan-inspired flare. It has an open concept with lots of natural light. You will have access to all the amenities offered: free parking, high-speed internet 👩💻 and an indoor fireplace🔥.
My kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker ☕️ including supplies, a toaster, a microwave, a stove, a dishwasher and a fridge. I also have a full set of cooking or eating dishes. Oil, salt/pepper and condiments available.
Furthermore, my unit sits by a playground park, the Moore Farm Estate as well as the Gatineau Park. You can walk to any of those locations right from my doorsteps.
If you are commuting by public transportation, the bus route 34 brings you straight to Downtown Ottawa through Hull (Downtown Gatineau) without the need of a correspondence ticket.
There are a total of 3 bedrooms - additional sleeping space available with sofa-bed in living room. Perfect for larger families or groups. Master bedroom has a 👑 king-sized bed. I use protection covers for all my mattresses and pillows. Rest assured that cleanliness is a top priority for me. All my beds have cozy duvets. There are 2 TV’s, one of them in the bedroom with an Amazon Firestick/Remote.
There are 2 working desks, one is paired with an ergonomic chair and faces a large bay window.
I have a living room consisting of a couch🛋(converts to a bed with Sealy mattress) , a lounge chair, an electric fireplace🔥 with heater and a TV📺 with a Smart device.
You also have a washing/drying machine🧼 at your disposal with a full set of supplies.
