Negative: There is no mention of a deposit during the reservation. However, if the 200 pound deposit is not paid after the booking, no action is taken. The explanations regarding the collection of keys are very confusing. It should be explained with photographs. Although the house was empty, our early reservation request was not met. Permission was granted at the exact moment. The house does not heat well. Even the heater in the bathroom does not work. The toilet flush fills very slow. It takes 1 hour to use it again.
