Summary: Accommodation and especially villas were kept very clean. The housekeeping staff did a great job, fast and efficient and diligent. Areas that need improvement, is the beach front. Sun loungers were pretty filthy and broken. Certainly there were not enough loungers to cope with the amount of guests. Very poor beach front in comparison to other hotel / accommodation offerings. The staff are very warm and friendly. Be aware the reception is only covered from 8am until 5pm. So any issues outside these times need to wait until the next day.
