Positive: The location is in a central location to Venice, local grocery shops and shopping malls. The house is new and well maintained and staff is responsive quickly and sorts out issues. There are direct bus 6/6L to vennice and it is just 10 minutes. Connectivity to all locations we have buses/Trams. I would love to come and visit this house again and suggest to others as well.
Negative: These are suggestions for the house and not complaining: 1) The door lock is not locked automatically you have to insert the manual key and lock. 2) There are no door numbers and it is difficult to find which room is ours(4). There should be door numbers. 3) There are quiet Ants are coming inside from the bathroom and which are disturbing the area and scary for kids. 4) The house mentioned we can cook, however it is missing a kitchen knife to cut any vegetables. However Table/Dinner knife was so sharp and we used as knife. 5) If you can add a hair dryer and it will be good for drying hair quickly especially for long hair.
Summary: Awesome Stay and near vennice center to 10 min Journey by bus.
