Positive: Good, quiet location with plenty of parking
Negative: Not as advertised: only basic old and inefficient in window air conditioning in two of the bedrooms and the landing with nothing downstairs apart from an old ineffective fan. Both bathrooms downstairs with no toilet upstairs so unsuitable for older people with mobility issues and this should be mentioned in the spec. My sister in law is 81 and had to ask Vacasa to provide a night commode. Some of the furnishings were worn and needed replacing and looked nothing like the photos on your site.
