Off street-gated parking + two levels make this ideal for big groups and guests who are driving in. The entrance to the upstairs unit is outside and towards the back of the home. This set-up allows groups to have some privacy during their stay but also hangout together.

Summary: This place was amazing. While on the smaller side, the functional design and vaulted ceilings don’t make it feel small. The bathrooms are large and there is plenty of space for storage for any beads/souvenirs. The property was very clean and safe. I appreciated the off street parking and security systems as this was a girls trip. It’s about a 20 - 30 minute walk to bourbon street which also felt like a safe walk. The host was very responsive and responded to a request to change the fire alarm batteries within hours.I really can’t recommend this place enough and would stay here anytime I come back to New Orleans.Thanks for playing a pivotal role in a great trip.
