The rooms of this condo are all on one level -- there are no stairs within the unit after you take the community elevator (or public stairwell) to the first floor and walk into the front door. With an open floor plan layout between the living room, dining room and kitchen areas, the Sunny Side Up provides its guests with plenty of opportunity to interact and enjoy one another's company while also having separate areas for individual down time.
Sunny Side Up is located within the gated resort community of Wild Dunes Resort on Isle of Palms. Guests enter Sunny Side Up by taking the building's elevator (or the community staircase) to the 1st floor and entering the front door of the home (Unit 505). Once you enter the front door, you will find the kitchen, dining & living room areas. Both of the home's bedrooms and bathrooms are located off of the kitchen and dining room areas. You'll enjoy the peaceful views of the community pool & Isle of Palms Marina from the kitchen, dining & living room areas as well as the master bedroom. You may access the covered screened porch from either the living room or the master bedroom. There is a full sized washing machine & dryer near the kitchen.
Sunny Side Up is located within The Moorings residential community in the Wild Dunes Resort on Isle of Palms. Please be mindful of this residential character of the home during your stay.
