Positive: The apartment was clean and close to the trains, trams, and buses.
Negative: The check-in was a bit messy, we only received the code to get in when we arrived at the destination. The instructions were not clear, so we only got in because the neighbour helped us 'crack the code'. After all of this, the host chased us to sign a legal contract in Italian before we checked out. The contract had a few red flags, so I left without signing. Maybe this is normal in Italy; I would not know.
