Beautifully carved fireplace, woodstoves, large screened-in porch, as well as all of the modern comforts (w/d, dishwasher, Wifi, etc.). Get away while being close to a variety of Maine's best loved sites. A few minutes' drive to shops, antiques, golf, 4 mountains (hiking, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, biking), a nature conservancy, multiple lakes (boating, swimming fishing year-round), and restaurants.

Summary: Grew up in the area and my kids all live here now- we live 3 hours so I was able to “host” and the kids didn’t have to travel far. My youngest grandson was 3 weeks old so this worked out great- they stopped by for a few hours each day. The other grandsons could go to basketball and hockey. Great set up for our needs!
