Offering complete privacy and tranquillity, this quintessential terrace is ideally situated within walking distance to the city. Upon stepping inside, you'll be greeted by a sophisticated and welcoming living room, furnished with a comfortable sofa, and a smart TV equipped with Apple TV; or fill the lounge and dining areas with relaxing music with two Apple home pods available. To ensure comfort is maintained throughout the year, there is split system heating and cooling with Sensibo devices where you can command Siri to set a room to a specific temperature and more.
Continue through to the spacious dining area and kitchen and you'll find plenty of room to sit, study, relax, and cook. The delightful timber kitchen awaits, fully equipped with everything you need to whip up a culinary delight. Choose to dine at the four-person table or take advantage of the additional seating at the breakfast bar. If you prefer an alfresco setting, venture out to the seclusion of your own backyard. Here, a tranquil area awaits, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine by the fire as the sun begins to set.

Summary: We stayed for several days and found this historical home comfortable, well designed, quiet, and conveniently located. The price was reasonable. We appreciated the comfortable living room furniture and spacious dining area. The heating system and WIFI were easy to use, the bathroom is pleasant (and has a washer and dryer! plus two windows), and, importantly, there is a beautiful, wild garden out back. The renovation preserved some pleasing, original details, such as the front door. My only real complaint is that the mattress was not particularly comfortable-has some indentations. A nice touch such as bottled water or flowers would have been nice--and print instructions about how to deal with trash and recycling. Overall this was a great stay, and we would stay here again for sure.
