Beautifully decorated, modernly furnished & fully equipped with everything needed for a fun, safe, relaxing, home feeling stays in front of the resort's main pool. A fully equipped kitchen, just bring your groceries. Comfortable dining area with kitchen counter. Free high-speed Wi-Fi, SMART-TV, and basic Cable. Pool, bath towels and linens are provided. Indoor Washer/Dryer, George Foreman BBQ Electric Grill. Nice balcony with plenty of sitting spaces and outdoor table to eat, read or get some work done. Short walk to a private access to the semi-private beach.
Located in front of Aquatika's Main Pool, The 2nd floor apartment has 3 bedrooms; master room with private bathroom and queen size bed, two additional rooms; one bunkbed (twin, full, twin) and one with an additional queen size bed to complete the 8-max sleeping arrangement on the apartment. Shared full bathroom.
Guess will have full access to the entire apartment except one utility closed, which remains locked
All rooms, including the living room, have A/C and ceilings fans.

THINGS TO NOTE
There is a one-time $10 per person fee for authorized Aquatika Beach Condo guests’ wristbands, not included in the reservation price. Guests must provide all the first and last names of people in their party upon confirmation of the reservation.
Only registered guests on platform and provided to us may enter the complex. No other family, friends, colleagues, associates, or any external visitor may enter the complex, Aquatika's administration and security are very strict on this point.
The fee per person must be paid upon confirmation and full payment of reservation. Authorized guests are required to abide pool and amenities rules. The wristbands are provided at check-in.
The host does not set this Aquatikas’ administration charge, and it is non-refundable.
For an additional cost, extra or daily housekeeping service can be provided. (Need to be requested in advance and have an Extra cost).
- Pools: Open from 9am to 1am (Food and drinks are not allowed in the pool. They have to be at least 6 feet from the edge of the pool)
- Access gate to the Beach: 6am to 7pm
We expect our guests to treat our apartment like it was their own, respecting our property and neighborhoods.
Apartment is cleaned and disinfected before and after every stay, following Cleaning Protocol and requirements for short rentals. clean linens and pool and bathroom towels are provided.

Aquatika’s administration requires the use of resort style wristbands.
Unlike other options located inside of Aquatika, our guests do not have to worry about paying Aquatika's Pool Pass per guest aside from the reservation. The expense is covered so that our guests do not have to worry about extra fees.
These wristbands must be worn at all times, this way Complex Security can identify authorized Guests. This is for the safety, security and well-being of guests and owners.
Other things to note
Please, keep the kitchen clean and take out the trash as needed!
Do not leave or hang wet towels or clothes on furniture or balcony.
When you're not in the apartment, please turn off all air conditioners and lights, the electric bills in Puerto Rico are super expensive!
