Magnolia & Maple has recently been updated and upgraded! New features include a work station with hi-speed internet, surround sound in the living room and updated décor. This 3 BR, 2 BA home sits on a quite street and offers the opportunity to relax by the private pool, walk or bike the 8/10 of a mile to PD's famous beaches, or get some exercise with tennis, golf, or pickleball. Close to Shelter Cove shopping and dining. HHI is a pedestrian and bike friendly area with plenty to do.
There's a large family room with vaulted ceilings and spacious seating. Flat screen TVs are mounted in the living room and all bedrooms. The Carolina Room has a spacious seating area & views of golf course. Plenty of beds and bedrooms to spread out. Walk in closets & two baths. Kitchen remodeled with new countertops, cabinets, full bar area & stainless steel appliances. Completely equipped with all you would need!
