Maggie Soul is a charming cottage that has undergone major refurbishing making it a bright refreshing holiday home.
Located in a quiet street in Nelly Bay, it is close to all of the Island amenities including transport, shops and restaurants.
The home design is low set, open plan with a modern kitchen and brand new furnishings throughout. The large screen tv and air-conditioning are ideally situated for entertainment and comfort from the kitchen, lounge and dining areas.
The home is fully screened with fans throughout.
Access to a covered BBQ area at the front of the property is ideal for family gatherings. The firepit and outside furniture in the backyard are perfect to entertain the family with toasted marshmallows at night.
