Entry area combined with sitting along with three bedrooms: two with a double bed and one with a set of single bunks plus one single bed; bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.
Lounge area and open very spacious kitchen/dining area inviting to gather around the eight-seater dining table; off the dining area another bedroom with a triple bunk and separate single.
Master bedroom with a king bed featuring an indulgent en-suite with shower, toilet and a walk-in robe.

Macs Beach has air conditioning, along with ceiling fans and louvered windows. The house has been cleverly designed to catch the breeze when you open the louvres and doors during summer and in the winter the air-con will keep you warm and cosy.

1. The account holder submitting the booking needs to be in occupancy of the premises during the full term of the tenancy.
2a. The property is let for holiday purposes only - each booking requires a Guest Registration Form, photo IDs of all guests 16 and above and is subject to the agency booking Terms & Conditions for holiday lettings.
2b. This property strictly only accepts groups with a max of 10 adults per booking and up to 3 additional children. Alternatively, less than 10 adults and more children as long as the max of 13 guests is not exceeded.
3. The property has noise and security monitoring devices installed within legal guidelines.
4a. Our properties are not serviced, they provide supplies & guest amenities as starter packs, usually sufficient for a weekend; if you are planning to stay longer, please BYO.

Firewood, linen or towels are not supplied; however, detailed instructions how to start a fire and what to use and not to use are provided; all beds are equipped with mattress protectors, pillows with pillow protectors and covered duvets. 5. The cleaning and management fee increase to x 1.5 for check ins on Sundays and to x 2.5 for check ins on public holidays, bookings with 14+ days double the cleaning fee and include a mid-stay clean.
