Positive: Excellent location for quiet beach. Dark night skies for astronomy and big back yard. The value for money is excellent and the place sleeps up to 8 people with lots of space!
Negative: I did not like having to pay (and collect keys) as a seperate step through O'Brien realestate. They sent me three different web forms to fill in, and I also had to provide scans of IDs. Doing it all through booking.com! Pet instructions on booking.com are unclear. There, it says 'pet friendly' but when you get there it says 'dogs outside only'. Beware if you have dogs used to being inside at night. I'd recommend clarifying the rules here, to me 'pet friendly' means well behaved pets should be allowed inside.
