Positive: Sofia and her team were really kind and warm, everyone ready to help and make sure our stay was comfortable. We had some issues with the electricity and the water boiler, but they were quick to make sure everything was fixed. The Villa is really nice, with an amazing view to the castle, and the area is pretty quiet.
Negative: Some of the mattresses and pillows were a little uncomfortable. Also, we had to take mostly cold showers during our first night.
