This outstanding property, situated at Verbier's Place Blanche, was completed in 2017 winter season. It masterfully combines chic chalet style, high-end furnishings and modern design to create one of Verbier's most sought after penthouse apartments.
You can ski to straight to the door of the private ski room, where you will find heated boot warmers and ample space for your skis.
Taking the lift you will reach the first floor of the penthouse apartment which is split over two levels. On this floor you will find three spacious double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, and one with a private balcony and the remaining two sharing a large balcony.
The bedrooms are individually decorated in warm, relaxing tones and sumptuous fabrics. The first of the two master bedrooms is found on this floor at the front of the apartment offering views of the Place Blanche and the mountains beyond. There is also the added luxury of an open fireplace in the bedroom, the perfect spot to curl up with a book after a long day on the slopes.
The main hallway brings you to the front of the apartment, where you will reach the open plan kitchen and dining area, with split level living area. With statement light fittings, vaulted ceilings, and full height windows, the impressive dining area can comfortably seat 12 people
At end of the dining room a small flight of stairs leads you to the elevated living area. The focus of the living area is the large open fireplace, combining contemporary polished plaster and traditional natural stone and wood. The furnishings, textures and colours of this room create an inviting, relaxing space, while the large sky lights and double height windows flood the room with light.
Through the double doors in the living area is a large south-facing, sun-drenched split level balcony with panoramic views of the mountains beyond.
On the same floor as the living area, but towards the rear of the apartment, are a further two bedrooms. The first bedroom is a twin/double with en-suite shower room. The final bedroom is the second master suite, nestled in the eaves of the apartment. Accented with burnt orange, this stylish suite includes a walk-in closet, sauna, and ensuite bathroom with separate shower.
The apartment has a private cave with steam room and shower room, ideal for soothing tired muscles after a long day on the slopes.
The property has two internal parking spaces in the underground garage.
