We have recently listed this to the short term market after being a VRBO traveler and provide every amenity I can think of to make your stay comfortable (new linens, new carpets, neutral artwork, no nicknacks).

Summary: Perfect location which is walking distance to town and the River Run Lodge. Safe area and quiet, house is a good size. Garage is perfect for storing ski equipment and parking on site is adequate. Rose was responsive to a minor issue and was helpful in remedying it (turns out I could have just read the instructions a bit closer but was having too much fun to do so!). Beds were comfy and adequate for 6 people. We spent the majority of our time in town, skiing, and watching the World Cup races. If you plan on staying at home in the condo (which is silly because you need to be outdoors enjoying nature), the balcony is a bit smaller and can accommodate 3ish people comfortably. Bar seating for 2 in the kitchen. Kitchen table can fit all 6 people. Washer and dryer on site is perfect and the master walk in closet was super convenient. It only needs a hot tub!
